Free shipping policy:
Free ground shipping applies to continental U.S and Canada
All accessory orders over $220.00 USD / $300.00 CAD, ship free anywhere in the continental North America.
All new windsurf boards under 150 liters ship free to commercial addresses (residential addresses add $35) in the continental U.S and Canada.
For all other windsurf boards under 150 liters, the following policies apply:
- We will ship windsurf boards to commercial addresses in Québec free of charge, in Ontario for 15$ and other provinces for 70$.
- We will ship windsurf boards to commercial addresses in all other continental U.S. states for $99.
- These rates apply to new and used windsurf boards owned by 2 Rad Inc. and excludes consignment boards.
- For all residential addresses, add $35.
For all windsurf boards over 150 liters, charge will be by individual freight quote.
For sails over 8.0, booms over 200 cm, and masts over 490 cm
- We will ship Booms to commercial addresses in Québec free of charge, in Ontario for 10$ and other provinces for 20$.
- We will ship oversized windsurf booms, masts and sails to commercial addresses in all other continental U.S. states for $50.
How much will my shipping cost otherwise?
Please call us at 1-888-331-9191 for any of your shipping questions. We ship the cheapest way with UPS, Purolator or FedEx service. The minimum parcel service shipping charge is $10. Faster services are available for an additional charge.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will normally ship within five working days. If for any reason your order will not ship within five working days you will receive an email explaining the reason for the delay and the estimated shipping date. We ship cheapest way with UPS, Purolator or FedEx service... Faster services are available for an additional charge.
Our shop is located in Montreal, Québec, Canada. UPS takes 1-2 working days to reach anywhere in Québec, Ontario, 3-4 working days to reach the Western Provinces, East and middle States, 5 working days to the Midwest and West Coast.
How much does expedited shipping cost?
Please consider the following guide for estimated expedited shipping costs for under 200$ order on small items:
Quebec Province (except Northern Québec)
These rates are based off average-sized items, including wetsuits, harnesses and backpacks (12inX12inX12in 5LBBS). Smaller items (DVDs, rig accessories, etc.) may cost less to expedite, while larger items (booms, board bags, etc.) will cost more to expedite. Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally to Canada, U.S. territories. We will ship to other international locations on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in placing an international order,please email us so we can put together a quote for you.
We ship to Canada and U.S. territories via cheapest parcel service between UPS, Purolator and FEDEX whenever possible.
We can ship to international addresses (other than USA) via cheapest parcel service between UPS, Purolator and FEDEX whenever possible. We do not falsify documents to avoid customs fees. Payment for all international orders (other than USA) must be made either by credit card or Paypal (for Paypal add 5% to invoice)
We do not ship used gear internationally, except to Canada and USA.
Why doesn't your website compute shipping automatically?
We find that people, not computers, do a far better job computing a fair shipping cost. Our experiences with shipping for the last few years have taught us that computer generated shipping quotes work well for online stores shipping only small items, which is not our case. All of our web orders are appreciatively received, processed and shipped by hand. This ensures that if you buy ten pairs of gloves you will only be charged $8.00 for shipping, not $80.00 or some unreasonable amount like that.
Motor freight Shipments and Claims
Motor freight companies are no longer honoring freight claims for damage reported after our customers receive and sign for their shipment. Shipments from 2 Rad Inc. MUST be inspected BEFORE signing and any damage reported at that time. Without customer inspection the freight companies assume that the damage occurred after delivery and that the freight company cannot be held responsible.

What if I have other questions?
